Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with 10+ years of experience who can lead product ownership across enterprise digital platforms, AI-enabled products, intelligent automation systems, and emerging Agentic AI solutions.
This role requires a strong balance of product thinking, business analysis, client communication, technology understanding, Agile delivery discipline, and AI-native product strategy.
The Senior Product Owner will work closely with clients, delivery managers, architects, AI engineers, data teams, cloud teams, UI/UX designers, QA teams, DevOps, and leadership to convert business problems into scalable, secure, and commercially viable product roadmaps.
This is not a documentation-only role. The ideal candidate must be able to define product direction, evaluate AI use cases, prioritize agentic workflows, manage trade-offs, reduce delivery ambiguity, and ensure that engineering teams are building the right outcomes—not just delivering features.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of total experience across Product Ownership, Product Management, Business
- Analysis, Agile Delivery, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Strong experience working in IT services, digital engineering, SaaS, enterprise platforms, workflow systems, automation platforms, or client-facing technology delivery.
- Proven ability to own product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and hands-on collaboration with engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, architecture, and data teams.
- Practical understanding of AI product concepts such as copilots, LLMs, RAG, prompt workflows, AI-assisted decisioning, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to identify where AI can improve productivity, reduce manual work, improve user experience, or support better decision-making.
- Strong understanding of human-in-the-loop design, AI risk controls, workflow automation, and user adoption challenges.
- Ability to define measurable AI product KPIs, including accuracy, automation rate,
adoption, exception rate, escalation rate, productivity gain, and cost reduction. - Experience working with modern digital products involving web/mobile platforms, APIs, cloud-native systems, data platforms, dashboards, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional
requirements. - Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate business impact, user impact, technical feasibility, AI feasibility, delivery risk, and commercial implications.
- Experience working with distributed or global clients, preferably US/UK/EMEA markets.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, Agile metrics, delivery KPIs, release governance, and stakeholder reporting.
Good to Have
- Experience owning AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, workflow, or enterprise SaaS product initiatives.
- Exposure to agentic AI platforms, LLM applications, RAG-based systems, document intelligence, AI copilots, or workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of AI evaluation concepts such as hallucination testing, prompt quality, model output scoring, grounding, explainability, and confidence thresholds.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Mortgage, Logistics, HRTech, FinTech, or Enterprise Operations domains.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with API-first products, integration-heavy systems, microservices, or workflow automation platforms.
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Product Management, Design Thinking, Business Analysis, AI Product Management, or Responsible AI.
