About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst / Data Architect to lead the design and management of our mission-critical data infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring our data pipelines are robust, scalable, and provide actionable insights through advanced visualization. You will be the bridge between complex data engineering and strategic decision-making, utilizing the full Microsoft Data Stack.

Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Architecture: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end mission-critical data pipelines focusing on seamless Ingestion, rigorous Validation, and proactive Monitoring.
- Data Visualization: Act as the subject matter expert for Power BI, implementing best practices in report design and leveraging Power BI Dataflows for scalable data preparation.
- Ecosystem Management: Architect solutions within MS Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to streamline data movement and transformation.
- Automation: Utilize Logic Apps to automate workflows and alerting mechanisms for pipeline health and business triggers.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate directly with Project Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- Mission-Critical Pipelines: Proven track record of building “zero-failure” pipelines where data integrity and uptime are paramount.
- Power BI Mastery: Advanced experience using Dataflows and an expert understanding of DAX, Power Query, and workspace governance.
- Microsoft Stack Expertise: Deep technical hands-on experience with:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Microsoft Fabric
- Logic Apps
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and PMs effectively.
Nice to Have
- Machine Learning: Experience in integrating ML models into data pipelines or using Azure ML for predictive analytics.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
