About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Full-Stack Technical Lead to drive the development of scalable applications in a fast-paced, agile environment. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for both high-level architecture and deep-dive coding, ensuring our team delivers premium-quality software at a rapid pace. You will be the technical backbone of a cross-functional squad, bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews, and setting the bar for technical excellence.
- Rapid Agile Delivery: Drive development in a high-velocity environment, ensuring sprint goals are met without compromising on architectural integrity.
- Full-Stack Development: Architect and build robust, maintainable features using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Quality Engineering: Implement and enforce a “quality-first” culture by overseeing Unit Testing, UI Testing, and automated QA processes.
- DevOps & AI Integration: Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines and champion the use of AI-assisted coding practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to increase team velocity and efficiency.
- Project Management: Collaborate with PMs to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks, managing technical debt and project timelines.
Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Core Stack: Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Testing & Quality: Proven experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and building CI/CD pipelines.
- AI Tools: Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into the SDLC to optimize output.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, serverless patterns, and cloud-native application design.
Leadership & Management
- Team Lead Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience leading developer teams through complex releases.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leading team syncs.
- Agile Native: Thrives in a “fail-fast, learn-faster” environment and is comfortable with high-velocity, rapid-delivery cycles.
