Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services and tools, a deep understanding of infrastructure as code, and expertise in cloud migration. This role is critical to delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure AWS solutions using best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and align them with business goals.
• Deploy and manage workloads on AWS services such as EKS, EC2, Fargate, ECR, ECS, SQS and more.
• Write and manage YML files and perform operations using the AWS Command Line Interface (CLI).
• Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Design and manage databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Integrate and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to enhance development and deployment workflows.
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and services.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in AWS solution architecture and cloud services.
• Proficiency in AWS CLI and writing YML files for infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with EKS, EC2, Fargate, ECR, ECS, SQS and other AWS services.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience with GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and automation.
• Proven track record of executing successful cloud migration projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualification
• AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and container orchestration tools.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
