About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation AI products. This role is perfect for someone who breathes AI and thrives in the “engine room” of product development. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle—from high-level strategic roadmap planning to the granular details of daily sprint management.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy to deliver AI-driven solutions that solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Roadmap & Strategy: Define and manage the long-term product roadmap. Identify opportunities where AI/ML can drive significant value and translate them into a clear, executable strategy.
- Agile Leadership: Take full ownership of the Agile lifecycle. This includes breaking down complex features into detailed user stories, managing the backlog, and leading daily standups to ensure the engineering team remains unblocked and focused.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for requirements gathering. You will coordinate and lead product calls with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and provide project updates.
- AI Integration: Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure AI models are effectively integrated into the user experience, focusing on both technical feasibility and user delight.
- Execution Excellence: Manage high-velocity delivery cycles, ensuring that features are launched on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Core Experience
- AI Product Background: A proven track record of building and scaling AI-driven products. You should understand the nuances of the AI development lifecycle (data labeling, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
- Full-Lifecycle PM: Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, including writing technical requirements, managing JIRA/linear boards, and running efficient scrum ceremonies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to zoom out to manage a 12-month roadmap and zoom in to refine a single acceptance criterion.
Skills & Communication
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clearly articulate the “why” behind product decisions.
- Collaborative Leadership: Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales).
- Problem Solving: A data-driven mindset with the ability to navigate the ambiguity of emerging AI technologies.
