Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Figma. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and engagement across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design engaging and responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSS
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Optimize existing UI designs and update based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and modern front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Familiarity with user testing and usability evaluation methods.
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
