Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Market)
Location: Mohali (Hybrid/Remote)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Shift: US Shift (Evening/Night)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the US market for IT services, consulting, and staffing solutions.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule meetings, conduct discovery calls, and deliver client presentations.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and track sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development or sales, preferably for US IT staffing/services.
- Strong understanding of US IT landscape and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.
Willingness to work in EST/PST time zones.
Preferred:
- Experience working with MSPs, VMS, or direct clients in the US market.
- Prior experience in selling managed IT services, cloud, software development, or digital transformation.
